When will my items ship?
All in stock items will be ready to ship in 1–3 business days from time of order. Special or custom orders will be ready to ship within 7 business days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours and let you know of a ETA.
Sizing details
Most of our jewelry comes in different lengths, and the options are available on our drop down menu.
- Necklace & Bracelet lengths:
The length of the necklace/bracelet is the total length, measured from end to end laying flat, including the bar and the charm.
If you are looking for a specific length and it isn't listed please contact us, We will be more than happy to create the size that's just perfect for you.

**International order customers are responsible for knowing and paying your countries custom/duties.
These charges are separate from the shipping charges you pay during order check out and vary from country to country.
Wrong address & Undeliverable packages:
Please, please check your shipping address before you place your order.
- We ship to the address provided to us at the time of purchase.
If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it will most likely be returned to us. We can re-ship it to you again upon receiving the item back in the mail.
- To reship your item you will need to purchase Standard, Registered or Express shipping rates to post the order again.
Missing packages marked as "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Please check with your local post office, family members, neighbors and mailman, in many instances, they can locate it for you.
Returns & Refunds
Thanks for shopping at True South Designs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Due to the unique nature of oyster shells, certain imperfections are expected and celebrated! This is not considered a defect or a reason for return. You have 14 days to contact us with your concern and 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please notify us BEFORE returning an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time frame to receive your refund depends on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.

Incorrect Length:
If you have ordered the incorrect length and wish to change to a different length, please message us ASAP.
We do charge a small fee for re-adjusting the lengths.
**You are responsible for all shipping charges back to us for adjustment, shipping is charged separately in order to ship the items back to you.
TOO SMALL/SHORT, bracelet , necklace:
We can replace the chain for a longer length size, however, as the chain had already been cut this will result in a charge for the length of materials needed.
TOO LONG Necklace, Bracelet:
If you need it to be smaller, I can adjust the length by cutting the piece down to a smaller size.
